Příručka je určená zejména humanitárním pracovníkům a krizovým manažerům, ale těžit z ní mohou i pracovníci integrovaného záchranného systému a další lidé, kteří se v rámci své praxe setkávají se seniory a seniorkami. Příručka pojednává o rizicích, kterým jsou senioři v krizových situacích vystaveni, a nabízí klíčová opatření, která mají za cíl snížit jejich dopady zejména na křehkou část seniorské populace.

The handbook is mainly intended for humanitarian workers and crisis managers, but it can also be used by integrated rescue system workers and other people who meet senior citizens in the course of their practice. The handbook discusses the risks to which seniors are exposed in crisis situations and offers key measures aimed at reducing their impact, especially on the fragile part of the senior population.
