Dokumentace hraničních znaků na česko-moravské zemské hranici obsahuje informace o hraničních znacích (ve většině případů hraničních kamenech), které se povedlo nalézt při terénním průzkumu. Každý hraniční kámen byl pečlivě dokumentován na jedné či několika fotografiích. U kamene jsou zapsány jeho souřadnice, na kterých byl dohledán. Lokalizace je popsána také pomocí kraje, okresu, ORP, obce a katastrálního území, na kterém se nachází. K dispozici je také informace o tom, ve kterých starých mapách byl kámen identifikován. Dokumentaci provází také popis vzhledu a stavu každého kamene.

The documentation of border signs on the Bohemian-Moravian land border contains information about border signs (in most cases border stones) that were found during the field survey. Each border stone was carefully documented in one or more photographs. The coordinates are written next to the stone. The location is also described using the region, district, municipality and cadastral territory in which it is located. There is also information on which old maps the stone was identified. The documentation is also accompanied by a description of the appearance and condition of each stone.
