In this chapter, we analyse biographical narratives of individuals who have had a precarious start to adult life so as to understand how learning processes take place in fragmented trajectories and how these learning processes can influence individual agency.

V této kapitole analyzujeme biografické narativy mladých lidí, kteří v počátku své pracovní dráhy a dospělého života prošli obdobím nejistoty, abychom porozuměli, k jakým procesům učení docházelo v jejich fragmentovaných pracovních drahách a jak procesy učení mohly ovlivňovat individuální chování.
