Příspěvek „Zápas o Wiphalu a její vliv na bezpečnostní a politický vývoj Bolívie“ popisuje současnou velmi komplikovanou situaci v Bolívii mezi původními obyvateli a konzervativní částí bolívijské společnosti. Wiphala je symbolem původních obyvatel a boje za jejich práva. Je to také symbol jejich podpory politice Eva Moralese. Konflikt o užití Wiphaly se stal bezpečnostním a politickým problémem Bolívie během posledních šesti měsíců minulého roku. Příspěvek popisuje kořeny problému v minulosti a jejich vliv na bezpečnost a současnou politickou situaci. Tento problém není jen vnitřní povahy, ale má dopady i mezinárodní. Protože Wiphala je také symbolem všech původních obyvatel Latinské Ameriky. Hlavním cílem předloženého příspěvku je zdůraznit různé důležité skutečnosti spojené s tímto konfliktem – důvody bezpečností a politické.

The presented summary of „The conflict about Wiphala and its influence on the security and the political development of Bolivia“ describes the present very comlicated situation in Bolivia between indigenous people and the conservative part of the Bolivian sociaty. Wiphala is the symbol of indigenous people and their fight for their rights. It is the symbol of supporters of the policy and ideas of Evo Morales too. The conflict about the use of Wiphala became the security and the polical problem of Bolivia in the last months of the last year. The text describes reasons of the problem in the past and its influence on the security and the political present points too. This problem has the influence not only on the interior development of this state but on the international relations too. As Wiphala is the symbol of the all indigenous people in the Latin America. The main target of the presented summary is to accent various important facts connected with this theme – reasons, security and political points.
