Tento výstup byl realizován ve formě tematické mapy, přičemž koncepce výstupu vychází z kabinetního výzkumu za celé území Česka (prostřednictvím 6258 obcí). Oproti předpokladu není zahrnuta subjektivní rovina, epidemická situace neumožnila realizaci plánovaných šetření v modelových územích vnitřních periferií ve stanoveném rozsahu. Je založena na informacích statistické povahy (např. vývoj obyvatelstva, dopravní dostupnost, investiční výstavba). Uvedená specializovaná mapa je jedním ze zásadních aplikačních výstupů projektu. Mapa byla vypracována na základě komplexního ukazatele (blíže viz článek Wokoun a kol. 2021). Jako území s negativní odchylkou lze identifikovat spíše vnitřní (tedy mezikrajskou) dimenzi než vnější (příhraniční ve smyslu kontaktu se státní hranicí). Plošně velké souvislé území se nachází v pásu od jihovýchodu Pardubického kraje k západní hranici Olomouckého kraje. Další výrazná koncentrace nepříznivého vývoje „obepíná“ čtyřmezí krajů Karlovarského (s návazností na vojenský újezd Hradiště), Plzeňského, Středočeského a Ústeckého. Třetí pořadí zaujímá „půlkruh“ při česko/moravsko-rakouské hranici, zasahující do krajů Jihočeského, Vysočina a Jihomoravského. Zcela jednoznačně lze tvrdit, že vnitřní periferie sledují správní hranice – četněji krajské, zatímco „uvnitř“ těchto jednotek se jedná o víceméně jednotlivé případy. Mapa zahrnuje území celé ČR mimo SO OPR při státní hranici se několika výjimkami: území při vojenském újezdu Hradiště je pokračováním vnitřní periférie Podbořansko; SO ORP Moravské Budějovice leží na periférii Kraje Vysočina a nepovažujeme ho i přes „vnitrozemní“ polohu za území vnitřní periférie.

This output was realized in the form of a thematic map, while the concept of the output is based on cabinet research for the entire territory of the Czech Republic (through 6258 municipalities). Contrary to assumption the subjective level is not included, the epidemic situation did not allow the implementation of the planned investigations in the model areas of the inner peripheries to a specified extent. It is based on information statistical nature (eg population development, transport accessibility, capital construction). The specialized map is one of the key application outputs of the project. The map was developed on the basis of a comprehensive indicator (for more details see the article by Wokoun et al. 2021). As a territory with a negative deviation, it is possible to identify rather internal (ie interregional) dimension than external (border in the sense of contact with the state border). Large continuous The area is located in the belt from the southeast of the Pardubice region to the western border of Olomouc end. Another significant concentration of unfavorable development "encircles" the four borders of the Karlovy Vary region (following the military district of Hradiště), Plzeňský, Středočeský and Ústecký. Third the order occupies a "semicircle" at the Czech / Moravian-Austrian border, extending into the regions Jihočeský, Vysočina and Jihomoravský. It is quite clear that the inner periphery they monitor administrative borders - more often regional, while "within" these units it is more or less individual cases. The map includes the territory of the entire Czech Republic outside the SO OPR at the state border with several exceptions: the territory at the Hradiště military district is a continuation of the inner periphery Podbořansko; SO ORP Moravské Budějovice lies on the outskirts of the Vysočina Region and we do not consider despite the "inland" location beyond the territory of the inner periphery.
