Abstract
Pro řešení této situace doporučuje autor inspiraci v poznatcích znalostního managementu a využití Revansova pravidla (nezbytnost předstihu interního růstu znalostí vůči externímu prostředí).
Abstract (in English)
The educational system in the Czech Republic lags behind the dynamic development of industry 4.0, particularly in information technologies. The consequences of these changes manifest themselves in how school graduates apply themselves professionally and socially in all areas of social life. Although school policy reflects these changes to a certain extent, its view is short-sighted, lacking a prognostic focus on key professional, social and personal competencies that future school graduates of all degrees should have at their disposal. To address this situation, the author recommends insights from the findings of knowledge management and applying Revans’s Law (the necessity of stimulating internal growth of knowledge toward the external environment).
