The meaning of the prefixal verbs denoting moving in the Czech language can be conveyed by the grammar construction "verb + adv". The category of aspect is not marked formally in the constructions that are analyses. The aspect form of such verbs is usually defined on the basis of their semantics, as well as their combinatority in a the sentence. Defining the tense form of the verb in the above-mentioned word combination is possible on the basis of its semantics in the specific context. In written or oral speech the "verb + adv." combination is equal to an ordinary verb; it realises the semantics of action analytically. The aspect form of the combination " verb + adv. " is defined with the help of the adverb used in it.
