The RAGtime 19 workshop was held at the Institute of Physics, Silesian University in Opava, Czech Republic on October 23-26, 2017. The scientific scope of the workshop is oriented on different issues of the relativistic physics of compact objects, in particular black holes and neutron stars. A number of current problems of various astrophysical areas is addressed, such as confronting different BH and NS models with current observations. Among the main goals of the meeting is to improve our understanding of the phenomenology and interpretation of different properties of the accretion disc X-ray radiation as well as behaviour of matter under extreme conditions. The workshop also included a sub-meeting named "Special Session focused on X-ray Missions". It was devoted to tasks of national and international collaboration on the present and future cosmic missions.
