The methodical publication of themes for exercising with children of pre- school age brings excercises motivated with poems , exercise equipment and words.The aim of this publication is to introduce a supply of exercises with exercise equipment , which could be used in active activities in kindergartens. The material is mainly aimed at students of PdF: MSBK_TVP1 subject. Active activities 1 -we get to know our bodies through motion, then through teachersand the instructors of free time activities.
