This initiative originated in conceptual changes about teaching practice at our faculty. The main results of this change were an increase in the number of hours of teaching practice and the introduction of seminars designed to help students reflect on their practice. The aim of this self-study is to identify and interpret what we learned from our experience with the education of teacher educators. This is a collaborative self-study (Louie et al., 2003) by authors of this chapter who led workshops for teacher educators. ER -
