Stať je součástí úvodu k obsáhlé právně historické encyklopedii. Zachycuje vývoj práva a státního zřízení na území České republiky od počátků státního uspořádání společnosti až po současnost. V jednotlivých vývojových etapách vyzvedává charakteristické rysy státního zřízení, typické prameny práva, významné právní památky, členění právního řádu a charakteristické právní instituty. Jedná se o vědeckou monografii s rozpracovanými hesly, které splňují předpoklady pro vědeckou odbornou kapitolu.
In English
The text is a part of the introduction to a comprehensive encyclopedia on legal history. It presents the development of law and state system on the territory of the Czech Republic from the beginning of the state as a form of the organization of society up to the present day. Main characteristics of the state system in the particular periods, its typical sources of law, significant legal documents, division of the legal order and typical legal concepts are indicated. It is a scientific monograph with unfinished password that meets the prerequisites for the scientific expertise chapter.
