Abstract
Analysis of the rules and policies of the EU and national funding agencies. Analysis of the pros and cons of the synergies (interlink) of various funding tools. Proposal for improvements underlining mainly accountability of the funding agencies towards the beneficiaries and applicants for funding. Review process have been discussed as well.
