Recent technological advancements, such as the widespread use of Internet of Things tools, cloud comput-ing, big data, and most particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), are transforming businesses across all stagesof the life cycle, from early-stage start-ups to small and medium-sized enterprises and established multina-tional corporations. The increasing level of digitization of business activities drives effectiveness and openssolutions to various issues, while at the same time creating unprecedented complexity and novel challenges.
