The aim was to provide Czech public universities with materials to streamline and systematize their central logging while ensuring that logging is in accordance with the legislation in force in the Czech Republic. For this purpose, three methodologies were created in the project – Methodology for Focusing the Logging Infrastructure, Methodology for Creating and Maintaining the Logging Infrastructure, and Methodology for Processing Event Records. The methodologies are complemented by supporting technical materials. These contain configuration file templates for various common logging agents, preconfigured for connection to the logging infrastructure. The supporting technical materials also include Ansible scripts for automated agent deployment.
