Analýza se zaměřuje na to, jak se změnilo plánování rodiny mezi lety 2020-2022, kdy se konal sběr dat první vlny výzkumu „Současná česká rodina,“ podle typu bydlení respondentů. Výsledky ukazují, že krátkodobé i dlouhodobé rodičovské záměry jsou významně ovlivněné typem bydlení. Mladí lidé žijící ve vlastnickém bydlení plánují děti nejméně ze všech. Do roku 2022 rodičovské plány obecně klesly, ale u respondentů ve vlastnickém bydlení byl pokles na rozdíl od ostatních kategorií minimální.

The analysis focuses on how fertility intentions changed between 2020 and 2022, during the data collection of the first wave of the first wave of the second round of the Czech Generations and Gender Survey, according to the type of housing of the respondents. The results show that both short-term and long-term intentions are significantly associated with the type of housing. Young people living in owner-occupied housing plan to have children the least among all groups. By 2022, intentions generally declined, but among respondents in owner-occupied housing, the decline was minimal compared to other categories.
