The goal of the article is to investigate legal aspects of the conflict between the right for equal treatment and the manifestation of political beliefs by the entrepreneurs on the basis of the recent constitutional review of the widely criticized case of hotel Brioni and the consequent wide critical legal and public discourse. Based on the case study the present article provides for assessments of the legal limits of freedom of speech and the problems of political neutrality in enterprising.
