Prostřednictvím tohoto příspěvku pracujeme s tématem profesní identity jako nástrojem rozvoje a osobního významu, který je zásadní pro úspěšnou profesní přípravu. Dále má též jasnou vazbu na význam vlastní identity a vnímání sebe sama, jelikož profese či kariéra je jedním z možných zdrojů sebevědomí. Profesní identita je tak relevantním nástrojem nejen pro utváření, ale i budování a udržení profesního profilu, který má být součástí každé profese, jelikož souvisí s lidskou integritou či sociálním společenským přesahem. Profesní identita je tedy ústředním motivem profesní přípravy, výkonu odborné praxe či aspektem v kontextu zaměstnání/profese. Cílem příspěvku je přinést a zpracovat poznatky samotných studentů, kteří se profesně připravují na Katedře speciální pedagogiky UJAK, abychom projektovali reálný význam profesní identity v dané vysokoškolské přípravě speciálních pedagogů.

Through this contribution, we work with the topic of professional identity as a tool for development and personal meaning, which is essential for successful professional preparation. Furthermore, it also has a clear link to the meaning of oneʼs own identity and self-perception, as a profession or career is one of the possible sources of self-confi dence. Professional identity is thus a relevant tool not only for shaping, but also for building and maintaining a professional profi le, which should be part of every profession, as it is related to human integrity or social societal overlap. Professional identity is therefore a central motive of professional training and the performance of professional practice or an aspect of the context of employment/profession. Th e aim of the contribution is to bring and process the knowledge of the students themselves, who are preparing themselves professionally at the Department of Special Education, in order to project the real meaning of professional identity in the given university training of special pedagogues.
