Because financial behavior has a critical positive relationship with financial literacy, this will be investigated as well. According to the efficient markets hypothesis (EMH), market prices completely reflect all available information. Psychologists and behavioral economists have consistently criticized the EMH, claiming that it is predicated on irrational beliefs about human behavior. The efficient market hypothesis is directly opposed by behavioral finance, which places the blame for market inefficiencies on investors' imperfect rationality. Over the last 50 years, the area of behavioral finance has grown tremendously. ER -
