In September 2021, an expert consensus on triglyceride-rich lipoproteins and their remnant particles was published in the European Heart Journal. The Committee of the Czech Society for Atherosclerosis (CSAT) developed the following Opinion summarizing the most important information. However, this CSAT Opinion does not replace the full text of the EAS 2021 Consensus. Those interested in the detailed text are encouraged to read the original full text.
