Manuál v první části nabízí nejprve základní vhled do problematiky českého autorského práva v obecných souvislostech. Ve druhé části jsou v základních bodech popsány právní aspekty distribuce, prezentace a monetizace hudebních předmětů ochrany online. Jeho celkovým smyslem je prezentovat právním laikům srozumitelným způsobem, jaké základní právní otázky musejí řešit při distribuci, prezentaci a monetizaci hudebních předmětů ochrany online na příslušných službách.

The first part of the manual offers a basic insight into the Czech copyright law in general context. In the second part, the legal aspects of the online distribution, presentation and monetization of musical objects of protection are described in basic terms. Its overall purpose is to present to the legal layman in a comprehensible way what basic legal issues they have to deal with when distributing, presenting and monetizing music online on the relevant services.
