The aim of this study is to acquaint the expert public with the results of investigations implemented in the field of retraining in 2019. The investigation relates to the providers of educational courses, vocational retraining examinations as well as the participants‘ feedback on the quality of the provided services. The investigation results show that in accredited retraining courses, priority is given to educational events focused on computer technologies and so-called personal services that are connected with the employment of people on the labour market. Vocational qualification examinations are closely related to the changes of legal regulations determining professional competence for different professions or the possibility to get a trade license in the given field.
