Publikace nese název „Dospělí jedinci v pozici andragoga a jejich vzdělávací potřeby v České republice“. Tato odborná kniha je výstupem projektu specifického vysokoškolského výzkumu Univerzity Jana Amose Komenského Praha s názvem „Analýza vzdělávacích potřeb vzdělavatelů dospělých v České republice“ realizovaného v letech 2020 a 2021. Témata publikace jsou uspořádána podle určité logické linie, tedy od celoživotního učení, jeho struktury, etap, druhů a oblastí, motivace dospělých ke vzdělávání, vzdělavatelů dospělých, lektorů dalšího vzdělávání, kurikula a vzdělávacích programů, druhů a forem dalšího vzdělávání, včetně metodologie empirického výzkumu. V rámci publikace jsou uvedeny výsledky z analýz dat realizovaného výzkumu.

The publication is entitled Adults in the position of andragog and their educational needs in the Czech Republic. This professional book is the result of a specific university research project of Jan Amos Komenský University Prague entitled “Educational needs analysis of adult educators in the Czech Republic” implemented in 2020 and 2021. The topics of the publication are organized according to a certain logical line, i.e. from lifelong learning, its structure, stages, types and areas, motivation of adults for education, adult educators, lecturers of further education, curricula and educational programs, types and forms of further education, including the methodology of empirical research. The publication presents the results of data analysis of the research.
