První kapitola příspěvku se ve svém úvodu zabývá teoretickým vymezením dospělého jedince. Kromě pojmového vymezení dospělého jedince se čtenář seznámí také s dospělým jedincem jako cílovou skupinou ve vzdělávání dospělých. Druhá kapitola se zabývá motivací dospělého jedince ke vzdělávání. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována formám a metodám, které jsou využívány ve vzdělávání dospělých. Příspěvek je sestaven z odborných zdrojů. Mimo odborných zdrojů autor příspěvku čerpá také ze svých profesních zkušeností, jelikož v rámci svého profesního života se pohybuje v edukaci dospělých jedinců.
In English
The first chapter of the paper begins with the theoretical definition of an adult. In addition to the conceptual definition of an adult, the reader will also become acquainted with the adult as a target group in adult education. The second chapter deals with the motivation of the adult to education. The final chapter is devoted to the forms and methods that are used in adult education. The paper is compiled from professional sources. In addition to professional sources, the author also draws on his professional experience, as he moves in the education of adults within his professional life.
