Abstract

V originále

The book chapter analyzes the treatment of the ECtHR's case law by the Czech Supreme Administrative Court (SAC). Using three levels of analysis (macro, meso and micro), the chapter looks beyond general jurisprudential doctrines and examines the day-to-day use of the ECtHR’s case law in the SAC’s decision-making. The combination of the three levels of analysis provides a detailed picture of the role of the Strasbourg judgments and decisions in the SAC’s case law.
