Ve své každodenní praxi jsou většinou osobní asistenti konfrontováni s konkrétními etickými otázkami. Jejich uvědomění si, hledání odpovědí na tyto otázky a přemýšlení o nich, však vyžaduje potřebnou péči a čas. Cílem textu je zkoumání vlivu míry obeznámenosti pracovníků v sociálních službách, konkrétně osobních asistentů, s etickým kodexem. Jaká je využitelnost etického kodexu při řešení etických dilemat, ve vztahu k výkonu dané profese?

In their almost each daily routine are personal assistents facing particular ethical questions. Their realization, searching for answers and wondering about the questions in general, it requires neccesary care and time. Main purpose of the text is research of the influence of social service workers, especially personal assistents with ethical code. How is ethic code useable while dealing with ethical dilemmas in relation to the performance of this profession. Further we search for familliarity with ethical code between those assistents.
