Tento příspěvek definuje možnosti vzniku interkulturních konfliktů, které mohou vznikat propojením světa v rámci současné globalizace. Porozumět odlišným kulturám není jednoduché, ale je to nezbytné, protože v rámci vysoké migrace se setkáváme s cizinci prakticky denně. Pracují ve firmách, společnostech i institucích. Setkáváme se s nimi na úřadech, policii i dalších veřejných místech. Cílem příspěvku je seznámit s problematikou vyjednávání ve specifické oblasti "nostrifikace" (uznávání zahraničního vzdělání) včetně případových studií z praxe, řešení a doporučení. Výzkumná otázka: Může být interkulturní rozdíl příčinou konfliktu při podání žádosti o uznání vzdělání? V souvislosti s nostifikacemi může vznikat intrapersonální konflikt v rovině interkulturní z důvodu rozdílu výchovy, vzdělání, náboženského přesvědčení, neznalosti prostředí, zvyků, a i z důvodu nerespektování autority v cizí zemi.

This contribution defines the possibilities of intercultural conflicts that can arise from the interconnection of world in the context of current globalization. Understanding of different cultures is not easy, but it is necessary because as part of high migration, we meet with foreigners almost daily. They work in companies, corporations and institutions. We meet them in the authorities, the police and other public places. The goal of contribution is to acquaint with issue of negotiations in a specific area of nostrification (recognition of foreign education), including case studies from practice, solutions and recommendations. Research question: Can an intercultural difference be the cause of conflict when applying for recognition of education? In connection with nostrifications, intrapersonal conflict may arise at the intercultural level due to differences in upbringing, education, religious beliefs, ignorance of the environment, customs, and even due to disrespect for authority in a foreign country.
