The chapter deals with legal acts and representation of persons whose legal capacity was limited. The regulation of these topics by international conventions, EU regulations and PILA is analyzed. It focuses on the Czech treatment of determination of the applicable law and its comparison with international instruments.

Kapitola se zabývá právním jednáním a zastoupením osob, jejichž způsobilost k právním úkonům byla omezena. Je analyzována úprava těchto témat v mezinárodních úmluvách, evropských nařízeních a ZMPS. Zaměřuje se na českou úpravu určování rozhodného práva a její srovnání s mezinárodními instrumenty.
