Článek pojednává o odměně, nákladech a jejich vztahu v závazcích ze smluv příkazního typu. Těmito důležitými kategoriemi se zabývá jako součástí úpravy občanského zákoníku, smluvní praxe, jakož i Návrhu společného referenčního rámce.

In English

The article deals with the renumeration, expenses and their relation in the obligations arising from mandate-type contracts (in Czech »smlouvy příkazního typu«). These important elements are viewed as parts of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Sb.), contractual practice as well as the Draft Common Frame of Reference.
