Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zmapovat ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s nehojící se ránou v domácí péči. Metody: Sběr dat probíhal metodou kvalitativní narativní analýzy ošetřovatelské dokumentace v agentuře domácí péče. Výzkumný soubor tvořily náhodně vybrané dokumentace pacientů v péči vybrané agentury domácí péče z důvodu ošetřování bércové ulcerace. Výsledky: Informace o ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta s nehojící se ránou v domácí péči, zaznamenané v ošetřovatelské dokumentaci, byly shrnuty do oblastí management ošetřování nehojící se rány, management kompresivní terapie, management nutrice a hydratace, management bolesti a spánku, a management mobility a soběstačnosti. Závěr: Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty s nehojící se ránou v domácí péči vykazuje svá specifika v mnoha hodnocených oblastech. Proces hojení rány v domácí péči je značně ovlivněn comliance pacienta, hygienických podmínkách a schopnosti sebepéče v rámci vlastního sociálního prostředí.

Objective: The aim of the study was to describe of nursing care among a patient with a non-healing wound in home care. Methods: Data were collected using the method of qualitative narrative analysis of nursing documentation in the home care agency. The research sample consisted of randomly selected documentation of patients in the care of a selected home care agency for the nursing care of leg ulceration. Results: Information on nursing care for patients with non-healing wounds in home care, recorded in the nursing documentation, was summarized in the areas of non-healing wound management, compression therapy management, nutrition management and hydration, pain and sleep management, and mobility and self-management. Conclusion: Nursing care of patients with non-healing wounds in home care was depended in many evaluated areas. The most influence factors of process wound 38 healing in home care is the compliance of patient, hygiene conditions, and self-care within their own social environment.
