V prvé části autor tohoto článku za použití metody analýzy vymezil Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie, Absprungtheorie a Aufsprungtheorie, přičemž se soustředil zejména na zvýraznění fundamentálních východisek Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie. V části druhé autor uvažoval nad vzájemným průnikem zmiňovaných teorií a dospěl k závěru, že řešení jejich vzájemného vztahu lze definovat pomocí tzv. Beständingeigentumrechtstheoretische Formel.

In the first part of this paper, using the analyses method, the author outlined the Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie, Absprungtheorie and Aufsprungtheorie, while focusing mainly on the features of Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie. In the second part, the author considered the mutual penetration of the three theories concluding that their relationship may be solved by applying a so-called v. Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie formula.
