Autor se v kapitole zabývá vztahem mezi ochranou duševního vlastnictví a principem volného pohybu zboží a služeb v primárním právu EU a v judikatuře SDEU. V závěrečné části se autor věnuje též otázce zákazu diskriminace na základě státní příslušnosti.

In this chapter the author analyzes the relation between the intellectual property protection and the principle of the free movement of goods and services in the primary law of the EU and the case-law of the CJEU. In the final part the attention is also paid to the prohibiton of the discrimination based on the state nationality.
