The changes in the academic environment are related to the changes in the organizational culture and subsequently also in the communication at universities. Transformation of universities from the temples of knowledge into the organizations producing qualified workforce and research findings applicable in practice is very important in this process. Changes in the relations and communication among academic staffs well as between the management of universities and their employees are connected with this process as well. The present paper focuses on these relations and communication among academics and between academics and the management of universities in detail.

V souvislosti s proměnami akademického prostředí dochází také k proměně organizační kultury a tím i komunikace na vysokých školách. Významnou roli zde hraje proměna vysokých škol z chrámů vědění v organizace produkce kvalifikované pracovní síly a výzkumných zjištění aplikovatelných v praxi. S tím souvisí také proměna vztahů a komunikace mezi akademickými pracovníky včetně vedení vysokých škol a fakult se zaměstnanci. Příspěvek se zaměřuje na vztahy a komunikaci mezi akademickými pracovníky a mezi vedením vysokých škol a fakult a zaměstnanci.
