The chapter is devoted to the role of natural parks in the Czech Republic in the system of other instruments for the protection of nature and landscapes. A Special Attention is paid to the importance of the restrictions and prohibitions laid down in the founding acts (the regulation of the region on the founding of a natural park) for development and other activities in the territory.

Kapitola je věnována roli přírodních parků v ČR v systému ostatních nástrojů k ochraně přírody a krajiny. Pozornost je věnována významu omezení a zákazů stanovených ve zřizovacích aktech (nařízení kraje o zřízení přírodního parku) pro rozvojové a další aktivity v území.
