Presented study is devoted to the menu of the Jagiellonian rulers of the Middle Ages and the beginning og the Early modern period. Currently, the studies are focused on various supply opinions and methods of registration of the deliveries of food and beverages to the courts, as reflected in sources and in particular - on the pages of preserved court accounts.
