Abstract

ORIG EN

In the original language

Čas úmrtí kněžny Barbory, posledního vladaře z rodu Přemyslovců v Krnovském knížectví, bývá od časů Franze Kopetzkého a Gottlieba Biermanna kladen do roku 1510. Předkládaná studie tento předpoklad za pomoci všestranné analýzy stávající pramenné základny reviduje a zasazuje Přemyslovnin skon do období mezi 28. srpnem 1512 a 23. zářím 1513. Současně nabízí úvahy stran mechanismů fungování zemských a zeměpanských institucí v relativně nestandardní situaci, kdy funkce vládnoucího zeměpána vykonávala žena.

In English

Since the times of Franz Kopetzky and Gottlieb Biermann, the date of the death of Duchess Barbora, the last ruler of the Přemyslid family in the Krnov dukedom, has been put at 1510. The study presented here revises this premise with the help of a comprehensive analysis of the current source base, and revises her death to between 28 August 1512 and 23 September 1513. At the same time, it provides a consideration of the functional mechanisms of the institutions of the provinces and their lords in the relatively non-standard situation where the powers of the ruling lord were exercised by a woman.
