Vysoká škola Karla Engliše Brno vytvořila Oponentní posouzení Studie vlivu tvrdého hazardu na kriminalitu. Studii vypracoval Fond boje proti korupci miliardáře Janečka a spolek Naši politici. Přitom Karel Janeček vydělal peníze hrou s prodejem a nákupem finančních derivátů, kdy jeho zisk byl ztrátou jiných. Cílem oponentního posouzení bylo, zda Janečkův fond a Naši politici užívají při tvorbě svých výstupů, které se snaží ovlivnit politické rozhodování a jsou prezentovány jako odborné, skutečně odborných a vědeckých přístupů. Oponentní posouzení studie Janečkova fondu zjistilo, že Studie je psána tendenčně, aby přesvědčila o nepřijatelnosti hazardních her bez ohledu na ověřitelnost a pravdivost svých tvrzení. Studie nereaguje na zákon o hazardních hrách přijatý v roce 2016. Studie pomíjí základní kriminologické poznatky, zejména trend poklesu kriminality v roce 2015 a kumulace několika kriminogenních faktorů, které vedou k páchání kriminality.

Karel Englis College Brno created an Opposition Assessment of the Study of the Influence of Hard Gambling on Crime. The study was drafted by the Janeček billionaire fund and the Naši politici team. The objective of the opponent's assessment was whether the Janeček Fund and Our Politicians are using the outputs that are trying to influence political decision-making and are presented as professional, truly professional and scientific approaches. The opponent's assessment of the Janeček Fund study found that the study is written in a tendency to convincing the unacceptability of gambling regardless of the veracity and truthfulness of its claims. The study does not respond to the Gambling Act adopted in 2016. The study overlooks basic criminological findings, in particular the trend of the decline in crime in 2015 and the accumulation of several criminogenic factors that lead to crime.
