Český právny poriadok poskytuje obetiam na ochranu pred domácim násilím zo strany násilných osôb účinné civilno-právne ako aj trestnoprávne nástroje. Ide o predbežné opatrenia v civilnom a trestnom konaní ako prostriedok ochrany pred domácím násilím. Cieľom príspevku je civilnoprávnu reglementáciu porovnať s trestnoprávnou koncepciou predbežných opatrení ukladaných v priebehu trestného konania.
In English
Czech legislation provides to protection of victims of domestic violence from violent people effective civil-legal instruments as well as criminal instruments. There are preliminary measures in the civil and the criminal proceedings as an instrument of protection of domestic violence. The aim of this contribution is to compare the civil-legal regimentation with the preliminary measures imposed during the criminal proceedings.
