Článek přináší výsledky analýzy 14 národních dokumentů a 14 dokumentů interních pro rezort obrany ČR. Analýza dokumentů ukázala, že chybí dohledatelnost a prokazatelnost použitých metod a že metody strategické analýzy byly použity zpravidla nesprávně a nekompletně. Návrh ke zlepšení tohoto stavu spočívá ve vytvoření úložiště zpracovaných strategických informací, a vytvoření specializovaného pracoviště, které se bude zabývat zpracováním strategických informací a dat, a vytvoří podmínky pro tvorbu institucionální znalosti. Součástí navrhovaného řešení je rovněž zařazení tématiky zpracovávání agregujících a komplexních analýz do systému vzdělávání u personálu, u něhož se předpokládá zapojení do strategického plánování.

Article presents the results of analysis of 14 national documents and 14 documents internal MoD CR. Document analysis showed that the lack of traceability and verifiability of the methods and the methods of strategic analysis usually have been used incorrectly or incompletely. Proposal to improve the situation is to create a repository of processed strategic information, and the establishment of a specialized department, which will deal with the processing of strategic information and data, and create conditions for the creation of institutional knowledge. Part of the proposed solution is also the inclusion of aggregating processing and comprehensive analysis topics to the education system for the staff, which is presumed to involve in strategic planning.
