The publication Rušná a průpravná část v hodinách tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni ZŠ (Warming up in Physical Education Classes at the Elementary School) contains useful information and exercises on the warm-up at primary schools. The material is intended especially for students on the course PdF: ZS1BP_TVG1 Gymnastics 1, ZS1MP_TVTD Theory and Didactics of Physical Education and ZS1BP_TVPR Seminar of Physical Education and then teachers and heads of leisure physical education activities working with children of younger school age. Teaching tool is also available in a version for mobile devices (epub).
