text se zaměřuje na problematiku onemocnění tlustého střeva, vyúsťující v terapeutickém procesu kolostomií. Vzrůstající počet nádorových onemocnění zvyšuje i počet stomických pacientů s širokým spektrem následných potíží, spadajících do oblasti psychosomatických poruch.

the text focuses on the issues of diseases of the colon, ending in the therapeutic process the colostomy. The increasing numbers of cancer increases as the number of patients with stoma supply a wide range of subsequent problems within the field of psychosomatic disorders.
