The paper surveys the systém of definitions and key concepts used in the EU financial services legislation. In a previous paper (2013), the author reviewed the European Commission´s "Cross-sectoral Study on Terminology as Devined in the EU Financial Services Legislation" and presented his recommendation on how the study may be extended. In this paper, the autor supported the original results, and extended his analysis. Not only did he focus on complexity of the EU financial services terminology, but he also pointed out the issue of legal language and translation of the financial services legislation. "This is a targeted publication on the one topic (Financial Law). It has been requested for inclusion in WOS."

Autor ve svém článku zkoumá systém definic a klíčových pojmů užívaných v legislativě EU týkající se finančních služeb. Ve svém předchozím článku (2013) autor zkoumal studii Evropské komise nazvanou "Cross-sectoral Study on Terminology as Defined in the EU Financial Services Legislation" a představil svá doporučení, jak by tato studie mohla být prohloubena. V tomto článku autor rozšířil svá předchozí zjištění a prohloubil svoji analýzu. Vedle terminologie evropské legislativy týkající se finančních služeb se soustředil i na problematiku právního jazyka a překladů zkoumané oblasti legislativy. "Jedná se o zacílenou publikaci na jedno téma (finacial law). Bylo požádáno na zařazení do WOS."
