Tento příspěvek analyzuje postavení dohledu nad finančním trhem v rámci finančního práva. Vymezuje systém finančního práva, do kterého zasazuje právě dohled nad finančním trhem, jako specifickou oblast nefiskální části finančního práva a současně vytyčuje cíle a úkoly dohledu samotného. "Jedná se o zacílenou publikaci na jedno téma (finacial law). Bylo požádáno na zařazení do WOS."
