This contribution deals with municipal autonomy in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the contribution is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that in the Czech Republic municipality are not enough autonomous and especially financial autonomous. The author analyzes a legal regulation of municipalities and self-government in the Czech Republic and looks for a base for financial autonomy, which is one of the fundamentals of self-government. On the basis of the fair value of the budgetary revenues of municipalities and their origin the author assesses the degree of financial autonomy of municipalities and identifies opportunities for improvement. Author uses scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, deduction or induction. "This is a targeted publication on the one topic (Financial Law). It has been requested for inclusion in WOS."

Tento článek se zabýva samosprávou obcí v ČR. Hlavním cílem je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, že v ČR nejsou obce dostatečně autnomní a především nejsou finančně samostatné. Autor analyzuje právní regulaci obcí a samosprávy v ČR a hledá zde základy finanční autonomie, která je jednou ze základních podmínek samosprávy. Na základě reálných hodnot rozpočtových příjmů obcí a jejich původu posuzuje míru finanční autonomie obce a hledá možnosti jejího zlepšení. Autor používá především metodu analýzy, syntézy, dedukce a indukce. "Jedná se o zacílenou publikaci na jedno téma (finacial law). Bylo požádáno na zařazení do WOS."
