Kapitola Trestněprávní přístup k ochraně zdraví spotřebitelů se zabývá mechanismy a nástroji, jež trestní právo nabízí v souvislosti s ochranou zdraví spotřebitelů. Nejprve představuje obecné myšlenky o použitelnosti trestněprávních konceptů v kontextu ochrany zdraví a ochrany spotřebitele, následně přistupuje k analýze již existujících trestných činů, které jsou za tímto účelem využitelné, a činí dílčí závěry k této problematice, na závěr představuje dodatečné statistické a kazuistické informace.

The chapter Approach of the Criminal Law towards the Protection of Consumer's Health deals with the mechanisms and legal instruments that criminal law provides when it comes to the protection of the health of the consumers. Primarily, it presents the general ideas of applicability of the concepts of criminal law in the context of health protection and consumer protection, than it analyses existing crimes, usable thereto and makes some conclusion to this issue, in the end it presents several additional statistic and case-law information.
