Příspěvek se zabývá aplikací principu evoluce do výuky z hlediska kognitivní a pedagogické psychologie. Princip evoluce byl do vědeckého diskurzu zaveden r. 1859 Ch. Darwinem, přesto se v diskurzu psychologie objevil poměrně nedávno. Přínos zavedení principu evoluce do výuky psychologie lze spatřovat hlavně v ozvláštnění a prohloubení tradičních témat psychologie, neboť jim poskytuje další (časovou) dimenzi. Většina psychologických jevů popsaných obecnou psychologií na svůj evoluční výklad teprve čeká a stává se tak opět spíše otázkou. Nevyřešené problémy přitahují pozornost, neboť stimulují představivost i motivační systém. Příspěvek se dále věnuje popisu přínosu principu evoluce do oblasti mentálních modelů. Zdá se totiž, že princip evoluce je spíše operací, než nějakým objektem - je spíše způsobem práce s mnoha mentálními modely, než jen jedním specifickým modelem. Jako takový umožňuje princip evoluce množství inferencí, což ozřejmuje plodnosti tohoto principu v myšlení studentů.

The paper deals with the application of the principle of evolution into the teaching in terms of cognitive and educational psychology. The principle of evolution was introduced into scientific discourse in 1859 by Ch. Darwin, yet in the discourse of psychology it has emerged relatively recently. The contribution of the principle of evolution in the teaching of psychology can be seen mainly in the deepening of the traditional themes of psychology, because it gives them other (temporal) dimension. Most psychological phenomena described by general psychology still wait for their evolutionary interpretation, but unresolved problems are attracting attention because they stimulate the imagination and motivation system. The paper also focuses on describing the contribution of the principle of evolution in the area of mental models. It seems that the principle of evolution is an operation rather than an object - it is rather a way of working with many mental models than just one specific model. As such, it allows amounts of inference, which highlights the fertility of this principle in the minds of students.
