Abstract
Tato monografie vznikla za vzájemné spolupráce studentů doktorského studia a učitelů Právnické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity. Publikace se zaměřuje a věnuje právní úpravě místních poplatků v České republice s aktuálními poznatky z teorie a praxe. Předmětnou materií, kterou se autoři v tomto díle zabývají, je především problematika poplatků v současné etapě ekonomického rozvoje společnosti, která je často spojována i s reformami veřejné správy a v rámci těchto procesů i se změnami financování územních samospráv.

Abstract

Tato monografie vznikla za vzájemné spolupráce studentů doktorského studia a učitelů Právnické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity. Publikace se zaměřuje a věnuje právní úpravě místních poplatků v České republice s aktuálními poznatky z teorie a praxe. Předmětnou materií, kterou se autoři v tomto díle zabývají, je především problematika poplatků v současné etapě ekonomického rozvoje společnosti, která je často spojována i s reformami veřejné správy a v rámci těchto procesů i se změnami financování územních samospráv.

This monograph was created in cooperation doctoral students and teachers of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. Publications focused and dedicated local tax legislation in the Czech Republic with current knowledge of theory and practice. The material by the authors in this work is primarily concerned with the issue of fees at the present stage of economic development company, which is often associated with the reform of public administration and within these processes and to changes in the financing of local government.
