Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou přístupu osob se zdravotním postižením na trh práce. Prezentuje vybraná zjištění z výzkumu provedeného v rámci tvorby dizertační práce v období říjen–prosinec roku 2012 v Libereckém kraji, v němž byly analyzovány názory respondentů – osob se zdravotním postižením, zaměstnavatelů a pracovníků Úřadu práce ČR na obecné překážky integrace osob se zdravotním postižením na trh práce.

The main concern of this paper is the issue of persons with disabilities in the labor market. It presents several findings from the doctoral thesis research carried out from October to December 2012 in the Liberec region. The author analyzed opinions of persons with disabilities, employers as well as the labor office staff on general obstacles to integration of persons with disabilities into the labor market.
