Přednáška byla určena předškolním pedagogům, organizátorem bylo nakladatelství Forum a konala se v Praze. Prezentace si klade za cíl odpovědět na otázku: Proč se zabývat již v mateřské škole otázkou rozvoje zdravých životních návyků? Seznamuje s Programem podpory zdraví v mateřské škole a hledá podporu zdraví v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu podpory zdraví v mateřské škole, který školám pomáhá odhalovat rezervy a systematicky pracovat na jejím zkvalitňování.
